Allow webhooks instead of IMAP (OD-1556)

Hello,

Instead of using IMAP for mailboxes, is it possible to get Webhooks processing?

All of our automated emails are through sendgrid right now, so we aren't able to utilize the Service Desk.

Do you mean to create issue by posting to an url? I never used sendgrid before, can you describe the workflow briefly?

No, incoming mail will be POST'd to a URL

ex: https://docs.sendgrid.com/for-developers/parsing-email/setting-up-the-inbound-parse-webhook#example-default-payload

Instead of checking into a IMAP mailbox

This is implemented in 9.2.0 EE edition. To do it, set mail service as send grid and tick the receive posted email option.
