No milestone default property set when creating issue other than from kanban (OD-1526)

Hi,

as the title said :

when creating issue from the kanban, the milestone is correctly set (depending status, date...)
when creating from the issue list or from another issue, the milestone is not set by the default value

This is by design. Issues created from Kanban columns are forced to obey rule of belonging Kanban column. While in list, such rule does not exist.
