Order of projects in "select project" drop-down list on the issues page (OD-150)

What is the order of the projects in the "select project" drop-down list on the issues page?
For me it looks like random and it is not understandable.

It could make sense to add some stable ordering like by project name ascending.

Yes, it is currently unsorted. Will sort it by name.
