Edit onedev-buildspec in onedev gui break existing coding style (OD-1482)

Hi,

When i edit onedev-buildspec using the gui, it forces the line-word-wrap and then rewrite file and so all the commands in all my step.

It results as a ugly commit diff, especially with all commands in each CommandSteps, whereas i haven't done any change in this place
