Get an email after a new release (OD-144)

Hi,

I have to check weekly if you have build a new release, it's a little waste of time. A cool new feature would be to receive a mail when you build a new release of a project : we subscribe to a specific tag or next release and onedev send mail when it's done.

You may subscribe to releases builds. To do it:

Show saved queries if it is not visible, and then click the notification icon on releases button
