CI: this normal behavior ? (OD-1354)

We have two project, in first buildspec file with trigger when child project update, in second any files, after update in second, nothing in first (doesn't have any jobs)

There is a misunderstanding for "applicable projects" here. It means the trigger takes effect only when path of current project matches specified path, not that the trigger will fire when any other project matches the path.
