add labels to agents on startup (OD-1332)

Is there a way to add labels to agents on startup? I use docker-compose to start my agents and I would like to add lables like cloud=yes or whatever

You may put labels/attributes in <agent install dir>/conf/attributes.properties. They will be picked up upon start
