Batch edit to set a PR custom field behaves inconsistently (OD-1313)

Trying to batch edit all open issues (117 of them) to enable a PR custom field set to an empty value is not working properly.

If I batch edit only one selected issue, it works fine (I see the field in issue editor). If I batch edit the whole query, it does not work (I do not see the field in issue editor after batch edit).

NOTE: I am trying to associate issues with a pull request explicitly (not sure if an Applicable Issues "fixed in pull request "PR"" where "PR" is the name of my custom field will work in State Transitions.

Sorry my bad, my query was on "Open" issue and I was looking at issues with another state.
