clone with vscode and intellij (OD-1308)

could you add a clone option to clone via visual studio code and intellij? the link for that is pretty much the http clone url but has a vscode://vscode.git/clone?url= in the front. for example: vscode://vscode.git/clone?url=https%3A%2F%2Fcode.onedev.io%2Fonedev%2Fserver%2F

intellij follows the same schema: jetbrains://idea/checkout/git?idea.required.plugins.id=Git4Idea&checkout.repo=https%3A%2F%2Fcode.onedev.io%2Fonedev%2Fserver%2F
