When needing to login, redirect back to previous page instead of homepage (OD-1301)

Currently, if you are viewing a issue, or trying to comment you need to sign in, this will redirect you to the sign in page.

But once you sign in, it then redirects you back to the homepage, which can be annoying going back and finding the issue you wanted to comment on.

Instead the page you were on should be preserved, and once you login you are redirected back to that page.
