How to change the root account? (OD-1288)

Our previous 1dev maintainer left us and now I want to delete it's user but i cannot, because apparently his account is the root account. How can I change the root account?

You may stop OneDev server, and run bin/reset-admin-password.sh <new password>.

The root user can not be deleted, but you can change the name/password/email address.
