PR 'File Changes' hangs on large diff; even after commits with large diff was updated (OD-1271)

With a PR that originally a commit with a large diff, "File Changes" hangs for a very long time then ends up with a "database entity not found".

Even after that commit was amended, and clicking on the Pull Request "Synchronize" button, the issue persists.

I tried some large diffs and it works fine. Can you please attach an example repo to demonstrate the problem?

Thank you for looking into this.

Possibly it has something to do with very long lines? The file in question was a 1mb GeoJSON file with everything on a single line. 7z'ed file attached. test.7z
