500 internal server error when creating PR from REST API (OD-1265)

This has been reported me through another member using my public onedev instance:

I attempted to look for the error in the logs, but I was not able to find anything related to this, so unfortunately I am not sure what more information I can give you, hopefully it is a simple error?
