The sender authorization in service desk setting can be used for this purpose. You may specify the sender pattern like this:
*@example.com [email protected]This authorizes all users for example.com except someone.
In case [email protected] already exists in system, you will need to remove that account or revoke this account from accessing any projects.

Hi I wondered if blocking incoming emails from a specific email address is possible so that issues aren't created. I've tried setting things up in Service Desk settings, but I'm not sure it worked.
