#1243  Stop email from creating issues

Hi I wondered if blocking incoming emails from a specific email address is possible so that issues aren't created. I've tried setting things up in Service Desk settings, but I'm not sure it worked.

The sender authorization in service desk setting can be used for this purpose. You may specify the sender pattern like this:

*@example.com -someone@example.com

This authorizes all users for example.com except someone.

In case someone@example.com already exists in system, you will need to remove that account or revoke this account from accessing any projects.
