An option to disable auto-merge after approval (OD-121)

Is it possible to configure that a Pull Request can only be merged by pressing a button?

The reason is that I maybe want to approve the PR but not merge it, yet.

Merge request will be merged automatically once all criterias (review and build) passes. This is a critical design choice of OneDev and can not be configured. Probably another merge strategy (For review, do not merge now) can be added to help in this case.
