Send e-mails as HTML and plain text (OD-119)

At the moment e-mails are send as HTML.
There are users out there that don't trust HTML mails. Especially open source enthuisasts.

Is it possible to switch plain text format for e-mails on?
Then their mail client can choose text over HTML.
