arm64 builds (OD-1182)

Hi,

It seems like you reverted the arm64 builds. What happened? Is buildx too resource hungry?

No worries. I just force pushed main branch to fix some bugs. All arm64 related commits is in my local branch. It will be shipped together with many other improvements mid this month.
