Navbar logo link should point to the OneDev instance (OD-118)

At the moment it points to the OneDev GitHub repo.
It should point to the OneDev instance.

I could do that if it is okay for you @robin

Currently pointing to github to let new users knowing that this is an open source project and hopefully they can star it, :D

Fair enough. For users of a OneDev instance this is confusing. They klick on the logo to go to the start page and they land on the OneDev GitHub page ;) What about this idea?

The logo links to the instance home page

Adding a GitHub icon next to the (?) that links to the OneDev repo

I agree with this. Please go ahead to try it out. Make sure to test on narrow screen (mobile) also.
