ldap is not work (OD-1172)

I opened 'External Authenticator' , and has done the configuration of ldap.
'Test Setting' is OK.
I signed out and then signed in, it still use the local auth system, and no data request to ldap server

Users already added in local database will not use LDAP authentication. You will need to delete these users in order for them to be authenticated via LDAP.

PS: Currently there is a bug preventing users from being deleted. This will be fixed in next release.
