Show latest build result in PR list/title (OD-117)

It could be useful to see the latest build result in the Pull Request list and somewhere in the title.

At the moment I have to open the PR and go through the Commit list to see build results.

I could work on this if you find it useful @robin

Hmm... this is a reasonable request. I need to think about the best way the organize information for builds and review statuses. Also we should be very careful about performance when displaying these information in pull request list page, to avoid 1 + N database query. I will take this work.
