Place + below the list of enumeration values (OD-116)

In my opinion this is a small usability flaw:
The "+" is on top of the list. It is not clear that this belongs to the list.

This may also affect other places where this "+" is in use.

What do you think of putting it on bottom of the list and adding items at the end @robin ?

If you agree and want help I could work on this one.

Thanks for the suggestion. I did not realize this is confusing. There are many places to modify, and I will take the work.
