Login page does not auto-fill 2FA code from a compliant password manager (OD-1135)

For users who use a standard-compliant password manager (for example, I use 1Password) to handle their TOTP codes, adding the correct autocomplete attribute to the 2FA login page prompt will allow their password manager to automatically populate this value
