Support search by display name or login name (OD-113)

It should be possible to search for pull requests and issues by login name or display name.

This is less confusing and you only see the display name for users when browsing issues etc..

So it should be possible to find issues by e.g.

OneDev changed state to 'Committed' 6 years ago
