buildspec yml reference (OD-1097)

I'm having trouble finding a reference for the buildspec.yml file. I never worked with github or gitlab so I don't know if it is a common format. Also the possible build steps / types of steps.

Just use OneDev UI to configure your CI jobs and steps. No need to worry about build spec yaml reference. This is one of the key benefits of OneDev CI.
