Partial issue refresh after closing via commit (OD-1076)

Hi,

i setup the auto closing issue on commit. After a commit, the issue status is updated by websocket but not the tabs "fixings commits/builds" and so i have to manually refresh with ctrl+r or another shortcut..

I'm on 7.9.4 and this refresh bug is still here

works on another instance.

i'm going further ingestigation on all my instances. i'll be back for sure if can reproduce the issue easily
