See PR CI status without clicking ... (OD-1069)

When I open a PR I need to click ... to see the CI status. Since these status is important I would like to see this when opening PRs. github/azure devops always shows it when opening a PR.

I hope to keep pull request page tidy. Hence displaying the CI and review status at right side (only hide when screen width is small), and tellls CI/review requirement in overview section.
