Question about CSS styles (OD-105)

Where do the CSS styles come from?

Maybe concrete example: Where can I find the button styles?

base.css (search for this file in Eclipse) has some common styles. For specific styles of particular component/pages, it can be specified in page/component specific css. For instance for component IssueListPanel, it has a issue-list.css for styling.

Also BaseResourceReference (java counter part of base.css) depends bootstrap3 for general styling and it overrides some part of it.
