User profile page (OD-1044)

Hello,

It would be cool to see a page within OneDev to browse a user, similar to how github/gitlab/gitea does it.

This is especially useful on larger OneDev instances where people may not know who each other is, and therefore having a page about the user, their contributions and what projects they belong to would be very useful.

Are there no plans to make a profile page? I think it could be extremely useful especially for companies and teams that use OneDev.

I think this feature is less important for for intranet users, as users are normally farmiliar with each other...
