Link to OneDev directly (#7)

The doc page has a "To Github" button at the top right, currently.

I think that this is highly confusing, since I wanted to be brought to the source code of the documentation page itself, and that one is not even hosted on Github.

Also, since we are an alternative to Github, I think its very sensible to change that link to point to code.onedev.io

State changed as code fixing the issue is committed (a15c0f59)

I modified the link as contribute and point to https://code.onedev.io/onedev/docs where users can fork and submit pull request (though not very obvious currently)
