I personally don't think this is necessary. I do not even remember I see this on any other projects.

All documentation somewhere has a licence in the smallprint, ArchWiki puts it at the bottom. Some other docs also put it at the bottom of the page.
Its not a big deal, it just means any documentation is not protected by any sort of licence

Currently the documentation is not licenced under any licence, this is not terrible but should be licenced under something like "open documentation licence"
