Improve information about service accounts and licensing (#12)

Would you mind to add some information to the documentation about...

What happens if I create a user for testing purposes of my onedev setup and delete it afterwards - max couple of hours/days? What about my user months?
What about service accounts? Are these accounts taken into account - licensing?

OneDev checks user-months for active users once a day, so creating a user and deleting it in a couple of hours will not affect the user months, unless you leave it there for more than 1 day.

As to service account, it is still be counted for user month calculation, as this is also a special user in system doing useful things. However disabled users are excluded.
