@robin Build #21 failed on linux/arm64 while extracting the Codex package under QEMU (tar: ... Cannot open: Function not implemented). That is a known GNU tar/openat2 issue with binfmt emulation.

I changed the Release job to download and extract the amd64/arm64 Codex packages on the build host, then COPY the pre-extracted files into the image by TARGETARCH, so the multi-arch build no longer runs tar under QEMU.

See PR #1. Please re-run the Release job on main after this lands (or verify from the PR first).
