Large comments trimmed (OD-839)

I just noticed in https://code.onedev.io/projects/160/issues/826#IssueComment-2254 that the comment is cut and ended with removed '.... I'm aware it's quite lengthy but there is no information about the length limit nor warning that it will be trimmed/cut after submission.
