这应该跟你数据库的字符集有关，改成UTF8应该就可以了。

我在k8s环境中部署，直接使用的helm install。在mysql容器中看字符集是latin1，我看看怎么批量改下吧。

另外如果是字符集问题建议直接给mysql配置加上--character-set-server=utf8mb4 --collation-server=utf8mb4_unicode_ci这个两个参数。

这个升级只针对新创建的数据库有效。对老版本升级上来的，需要通过mysql命令把原来数据导出，数据库重建，再导入数据。
