Latex filetype detected as binary (OD-777)

Hi, we are doing collaborative writing with Latex and onedev. It would be super nice to be able to comment on code using the web interface. Unfortunately, we can't use this feature because files with the .tex file extension are detected as binary. This makes PRs difficult at the moment and requiring a checkout to look at the code.
