Build query "Status" is "Timed Out" is not recognised (OD-724)

As you can see, OneDev says that the status does not exist, despite it being suggested by the autocomplete.

Note that clicking "Timed Out" in the project list like below will redirect to the build list with "Status" is "Timed Out" prefilled in the query bar, which gives the above error.
