Pull request filter "to be reviewed by me" shows discarded pull requests (OD-702)

Hi,

I have been assigned to a pull request as reviewer but never reviewed the pull request because it was discarded before. Now the predefined filter "to be reviewed by me" always shows the discarded pull requests.

Given that discarded and merged pull requests are considered closed, I think that filter should not show discarded pull requests.

You may modify the filter as to be reviewed by me and open to work around the issue now.
