LDAP account and local account coexist (OD-1183)

Why can't the local account system and the LDAP account system coexist by providing a way to switch between them. I had to delete all local accounts when I switched to LDAP, and there was no way to inherit permissions, even if the account was the same name.

This seems not reasonable. Will investigate to make switching smoother.
