"Setting" should be "Settings" (OD-1094)

The UI uses "Setting" as singular, I'm used to see it as plural in all other software I know i.e. "Settings" "System Settings" "Security Settings" etc.

I think it should be plural, singular is a little bit irritating. Maybe a native speaker can chime in.

@am7c7 I agree with this, its kind of a petty change, but it does drive me crazy too, if I can find where this is defined in the code I might be able to PR this myself :)
