Hi, sorry to bump this up - when importing project from GitHub there is no way to select/configure mapping -- is this expected?

Yes this is expected. You may move projects as necessary after importing.

In my case it's somewhat reversed as we first import from YouTrack but I'll just adjust names before re-importing from GitHub in that case. thanks.
