Able to specify openid configuration discovery url (OD-1065)

Hey 👋

i try to add a custom OpenID Provider. OneDev will automatically add "/.well-known/openid-configuration" behind the Domain. But our O-Auth Server URL is on https://xxxxx_xxxx.net/open-id-configuration/ so this will not work. Is there an option to disable the appending of "/.well-known/openid-configuration" so we can add custom O-Auth Server?
