Allow ignoring importing forked repos from Github (OD-1019)

I currently have around 250+ github repos at https://github.com/prabirshrestha and would like to make it easy to sync.

Scanning through 250+ items and clicking Delete is not fun.

Suggest adding a button to "Remove Forked Repos" and "Add Forked Repos". Include Forked symbol on repos that are forked.

By mentioning "forked repos", do you mean repos already imported into OneDev, or those forked from other repos at GitHub?

This is for repos in Github that are forked.
