#832 Onedev rejects valid email addresses with plus character

I'm trying to add a github private-type email address to a user, but OneDev doesn't like the plus character:

The value of 'Email address' is not a valid email address

The email is in the following format:

123456789+abcdefg@users.noreply.github.com

The following private-type email addresss from gitlab was OK:

123456789-abcdefg@users.noreply.gitlab.com

Would be good to have this implemented. Thanks

I'm still evaluating the software but I can see myself continuing to use this in the short and medium term (at least).
