#676  Build parameter of more than 256 characters yields an exception
Released
rainbowwphoenixx opened 2 years ago

Giving a string longer than 256 characters as a build parameter will cause an error and redirect to this page: image.png

I am not posting the exception as it is very long, but I can if necessary. This is not a huge issue when it comes to single line build parameters, but it is very limiting for multiline build params.

State changed as build #2533 is successful

Increased to 500 now. Can not be longer as mysql has length limit on fields used for indexing

Alright, I see, 500 might be too short still, but I'll think of something if it is. I didn't realise this was a technical limitation. Thank you very much
