It would be highly useful to be able to create a new issue via email. Let's say, if we have email address: support@company.com, any new email received to that address would open a new issue in a specific project (Support, Helpdesk, or something like that). The project could be either public or non-public.
Also, when 1dev sends issue update notifications via email, it would be good to be able to respond to the email in order to add a new comment.
All these functionality would allow to use 1dev as a simple support system.
Nice addition to this, would be if the email address is something like: support+projectname@company.com, then the new issue is created in the corresponding project.
1dev can have an email address configured already for sending email notifications. The same mailbox could be used to receive support emails and issues responses.

Did not spend much time on this, but after short tests, it works like a dream and it has some extra features super useful and not present in other systems. Thanks a lot!
